Kid Friendly Veda
This crunchy and delectable recipe needs no introduction! This crispy delight known as veda can be served on various occasions and goes well with almost everything. What makes it a nice treat for tastebuds is certainly the flavoursome and crunchy amalgamation of spices, delicious dal and crispy outer coating. This is one of my son's favourite minus the chillies and a request to make them giant size. So here is a more kid-friendly recipe different from my usual recipe which requires more ingredients. Yes veda is supposes to have the extra chillies but to replace that for the little one I used @rajahsouthafrica Mild Curry Powder which came out just perfect.
