Rajah Spices Sticky Wings
Do you love wings with some heat to it?? well you sure will love these wings. These spicy babies will be awesome at your next soccer match and people will be screaming for more!! Do they taste as good as they look? You betcha! Fiery, sweet and full of flavor! The key ingredient to these finger licking wings is @rajahsouthafrica hot masala.
Rajah Spices Sticky Wings


The Seasoning:

  • 1 tablespoon Rajah hot curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 20 chicken wings


The Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup any red hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 150grams butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey or more
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon Rajah hot curry powder


  1. If your wings are whole, separate at the joint into drummies and flappers.
  2. Blend the dry rub ingredients in a large zip top bag then add the raw chicken wings. Shake to evenly coat.
  3. Transfer to a large bowl or baking sheet then refrigerate uncovered 10-15 minutes. Remove the wings from the refrigerator to bring to room temperature while you make the sauce.
  4. In a saucepan over meduim heat add all the sauce ingredients n allowing it to thicken for 3 minutes.
  5. Preheat your air fryer at 180 degrees / 15 minutes.
  6. Place your seasoned wings inside your air fryer to cook.
  7. Towards ending time of cooking baste your wings with your sauce and air fry for a extra minute or two.
