Walnut And Apricot Overnight Oats
A simple delicious walnut and apricot overnight oats. Breakfast ready on the go and just a few seconds to make. Simple, clean and healthy.
Ingredients
2/3 cup oats
2 apricots, chopped
1 cup your favorite milk (unsweetened) I used almond milk (optional)
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tsp honey
¼ cup chopped walnuts
Method
Layer the oats, walnuts and apricots evenly in two jars.
Add a tbsp each of Greek yogurt (Optional).
Pour ½ cup of milk over each one.
Top each with honey and chopped walnuts.
Seal and store in fridge.
These can easily last maximum three days.
