Walnut And Apricot Overnight Oats


  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 2 apricots, chopped
  • 1 cup your favorite milk (unsweetened) I used almond milk (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts


  1. Layer the oats, walnuts and apricots evenly in two jars.
  2. Add a tbsp each of Greek yogurt (Optional).
  3. Pour ½ cup of milk over each one. 
  4. Top each with honey and chopped walnuts.
  5. Seal and store in fridge.

These can easily last maximum three days.
