Spicy Fried Green Banana's
Ingredients
4 green banana
Bhajia mixture
Kashmiri chilli powder
Salt to taste
Sesame seeds
1/4 cup olive oil
Method
Peel the bananas and add them to a pot of boiling water on medium heat. Leaving it to boil for five minutes.
Drain the bananas and slice length wise into slices.
In separate bowl add your bhajia powder and some water to make into a batter. Your batter shouldn’t be to thick or thin.
Add in salt and chilli powder according to your taste
Dip each banana slice into the batter making sure it is well coated.
Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat. Once the oil is hot add in your marinate slices letting it fry on each side for two minutes.
Sprinkle the sesame seeds while frying.
Remove onto a plate that is covered with your kitchen paper for the oil to drain and enjoy.
