Tender and juicy chicken breasts that is coated in a sticky sweet and hot Asian sauce. This meal is ready in just thirty minutes and the flavor is awesome!
2 chicken breast
2 tbsp honey
4 tbsp soya sauce
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 to 3 tbsp chilli paste or chilli sauce or sriracha sauce
1 crushed garlic clove
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp Chinese five spice powder
Mix the soy sauce, five spice powder, wine, sesame oil, chili sauce and honey together. Add the sauce mixture to the chicken. Stir to coat well.
Heat up a skillet on low to medium heat and add the oil. When the oil is heated, add the garlic and sauté until they turn light brown. Add the chicken and all the sauce into the skillet and cook slowly, for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce reduces.
Remove the chicken from the skillet, garnish with white sesame and scallion, serve hot with steamed rice or a salad bowl.
