Seafood Masala Grilled Langoustines
A marinate perfect for prawns, langoustine or crayfish. I made some juicy langoustines with this marinate and sauce. The recipe quantities are approximate amounts so you can easily adjust to your liking. I used 10 large langoustines for my meal. Remember always to pat dry your langoustines after cleaning and rinsing. All shell fish well except crab only needs a short period of time to cook. For me a quick bake and grill is the best for me. Now the amazing key to this recipe is The Healthy Plate’s Seafood masala or the Kashmiri chilli powder which gave it a slight kick of small heat and a good grilled color to the langoustine meat.
