Samyang Chicken Stir Fry Noodles
A super quick Samyang chicken stir fry noodles that’s totally satisfying but you definitely will need a side of water to cool your mouth. I honestly didn’t have time to do a detail reel, these days are getting even more busy especially with my little boys . Most of the ingredients can be purchased from @woolworths_sa or any Asian shop. The sauce quantities is just an approximate amount you can adjust accordingly. Remember soy sauce and hoisin is a little salty. The Samyang sauce is hot so start off by adding little at a time.
Samyang Chicken Stir Fry Noodles

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast cubed
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 pack of Woolworths stir fry vegetables
  • 2 finely chopped fresh garlic cloves
  • 2 fresh red chillies
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Asian Rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp sambal oelek
  • 1 tbsp Mae ploy sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Shichimi Togarashi
  • 1/4 cup of cashews
  • Toasted sesame seeds to sprinkle
  • 1 tbsp Samyang hot chicken flavor sauce (it’s extremely hot, so start of with a tbsp.)
  • Noodles of your choice

Method

  1. Season your chicken with salt, pepper, shichimi togarashi.
  2. Add all your sauces in a bowl and mix together.
  3. In a flat pan or wok pour your sesame oil on medium heat. Add your garlic, chillies and seasoned chicken stir frying till cooked
    Mix all your sauces in a separate bowl. Remember the above quantities is an approximate amount, you can adjust according to your taste.
  4. Now add your vegetables and cashews to your chicken giving it a quick stir fry.
  5. Add your sauces, stir frying for a minute.. Immediately adding your cooked noodles coating well with the sauce. You can adjust your seasoning and sauce according to your liking.
  6. Remove sprinkle your sesame seeds over and enjoy.
