Saffron Cardamom Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cubed Mangoes
  • 3/4 cup thick plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • A few strands of saffron soaked for 30 minutes
  • 1 tbsp xylitol
  • 6 to 8 Ice Cubes
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • Sliced pistachios and saffron strands

Method

  1. Blend the mango, yogurt, saffron milk, cardamom and sugar with ice cubes until smooth. Pour the Mango lassi into 2 tall glasses. Garnish with the pistachios, cardamom powder and saffron strands. Serve chilled.
