Saffron Cardamom Mango Lassi
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cubed Mangoes
3/4 cup thick plain yogurt
1/4 cup milk
A few strands of saffron soaked for 30 minutes
1 tbsp xylitol
6 to 8 Ice Cubes
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Sliced pistachios and saffron strands
Method
Blend the mango, yogurt, saffron milk, cardamom and sugar with ice cubes until smooth. Pour the Mango lassi into 2 tall glasses. Garnish with the pistachios, cardamom powder and saffron strands. Serve chilled.
