Refreshing Cardamom Avocado Smoothie (Avocado Lassi)
Avocado toast isn’t the only way to consume avocados in the mornings, it’s super delicious when you make a smoothie out of it... and even more tasty when you make it into an avocado lassi (cardamom avocado smoothie). This refreshing avocado smoothie is a great way to get your cravings settled while getting a ton of nutrients.
Refreshing Cardamom Avocado Smoothie (Avocado Lassi)

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado peeled and seeded
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • Drop of rose essence optional
  • Honey according to your sweetness
  • 1 tbsp double thick yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Method

  1. Add all the above into your blender until smooth.
  2. Add more milk if to thick.
  3. Pour and garnish with pistachios and cardamom powder.
