PF CHANG’S Dynamite Bang Bang Wings
Now who doesn’t love some saucy creamy hot crispy wings. This is definitely a recipe for keeps. My version so easy you could easily adjust the heat and taste to your liking by increasing or decreasing the sauce ingredients. I actually had mine way hotter than the recipe below. You could oven grill or bake or simply use your Instant Pot Vortex Airfryer to grill, bake or air-fry.
PF CHANG’S Dynamite Bang Bang Wings

Ingredients

The Wings 

  • 12 wings washed and pat dried
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 2 tbsp maziena
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp red chilli ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 cup of @woolworths extra creamy mayonnaise
  • 1 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup pure hot chilli sauce

Garnish

  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • Freshly chopped red chillies
  • Freshly chopped coriander

Method

Methods for wings

  1. Take the washed wings add to a bowl add your ingredients except olive oil.
  2. Once combined add to a baking tray and drizzle olive oil over.
  3. Bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C or you could air fry it, for 30 minutes. Once done remove and allow to cook

Method for sauce

  1. Meanwhile in a saucepan on meduim heat add your butter to melt.
  2. Now add your red chilli ginger and garlic paste and all your sauces. Remember you can add more of each sauce to your liking. Let it cook for a few minutes.
  3. Remove from stove and pour over your wings coating them well. You could pop them back into the oven for about five minutes which is optional.
  4. Garnish with coriander, toasted sesame seeds and red chillies.
