Delicious every time!! You will love these easy, fluffy, light homemade pancakes. Made with ingredients you already have in your pantry. Taste even better with some fried buttery cinnamon banana.
Ingredients
2 cups flour
⅛ cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
2 cups buttermilk
1 teaspoon oil/butter
Butter and maple syrup
Sliced banana fried in butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar/honey
Method
In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and baking powder together.
In a medium bowl, whisk eggs and buttermilk until combined.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and gently stir. Batter will be lumpy.
Using a paper towel, lightly rub oil/butter over a pan
Let batter rest for 5-10 minutes while the pan is heating up, then add ¼ cup batter onto the prepared pan.
Flip pancakes over when the tops are covered with bubbles.
Serve hot with butter and maple syrup.
