- Take your all ingredients except your fish and make a wet paste marinade. Once your ingredients are well combined marinate your washed sliced fresh fish (can marinate over night). Fry in shallow oil on meduim heat for about 4 to 5 minutes on either side. Remove and place onto a plate and enjoy!!
- You could also grill or pan fry and reheat in oven on grill.
- I did a quick pan fry and popped into the oven to grill on low.
- Remember the quantity of the above ingredients are approximate amounts, you can adjust accordingly.
