Low Carb Badam Laddu
Badam Laddu is perfect for quick evening snack or healthy sweet for kids and adults. This is an amazing delicious sugar free and low carb snack. Makes 6, double recipe for more.
Low Carb Badam Laddu


  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2/3 cup xylitol according to your taste
  • 5 tbsp melted ghee/ butter 
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • Saffron
  • 2 tsp chopped almonds 


  1. Melt butter and saffron in pot and set aside.
  2. Grind sugar into powder and set aside
  3. Add almond flour, cardamom, chopped almonds in a bowl and mix.
  4. Add sugar to almond mixture mix and break any lumps.
  5. Add butter into mixture, roll into balls and enjoy these tasty almond saffron laddu.
