Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
2/3 cup xylitol according to your taste
5 tbsp melted ghee/ butter
1 tsp cardamom powder
Saffron
2 tsp chopped almonds
Method
Melt butter and saffron in pot and set aside.
Grind sugar into powder and set aside
Add almond flour, cardamom, chopped almonds in a bowl and mix.
Add sugar to almond mixture mix and break any lumps.
Add butter into mixture, roll into balls and enjoy these tasty almond saffron laddu.
