Low Carb And Sugar Free Crepes
A delicious low carb and sugar free crepes, which can also be dairy free by adding almond milk. These low carb crepes are a simple made in one blender and delicious alternative to pancakes for breakfast and can be made sweet or savory with any fillings you may be craving.
Low Carb And Sugar Free Crepes

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Optional a teaspoon of xylitol but I didn’t add any. Instead you can sprinkle some over with cinnamon if u having it as a sweet treat
  • Butter, to add to the crepe pan or spray and cook

Method

  1. Add eggs, vanilla essence and milk into a blender and blend for a minute. Add in almond flour and blend until smooth and light.
  2. Preheat a non-stick pan or crepe pan and coat with a little butter or non stick spray, place under low to medium heat.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into pan and gently swirl to an even circle shape. Cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown, flip and cook for an additional 1 minute. Total cook time will depend on how large and thick you make your crepe
  4. Enjoy a sweet filling with whipped heavy cream, berries, dusted cinnamon or eggs, veggies, chicken, cheese, onions, Chilli or coriander. You could also add your greens, onions and chili to the mixture.
