Fresh Orange Lassi

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fat free yogurt (any plain yogurt)
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1cup of freshly squeezed orange
  • 2 tbsp honey - adjust to your taste.
  • 8 ice cubes
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom.

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender jar. Blend until smooth. Adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding extra honey if needed. Top with some orange zest or chopped nuts. Sunshine in a glass.
