Energy Balls
Quick and easy energy balls. Perfect to carry as a “on the go” snack and quick to make.
Ingredients
1 cup of oats
1/2 cup sugar free and no salt peanut butter
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
3 tablespoon honey
1 cup desiccated coconut and extra for rolling
Dash of cinnamon (optional)
Method
Add all the ingredients to a food processor. Blend for three minutes.
Make into balls and roll into coconut.
You could dip this into melted dark chocolate.
