Energy Balls
Quick and easy energy balls. Perfect to carry as a “on the go” snack and quick to make.
Energy Balls


  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1/2 cup sugar free and no salt peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut and extra for rolling
  • Dash of cinnamon (optional)


  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor. Blend for three minutes.
  2. Make into balls and roll into coconut.
  3. You could dip this into melted dark chocolate.
