Easy Lemon Condensed Milk Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can dessert cream
  • 1 crumbled flake mixed with chopped pecans
  • 2 packets of tennis biscuits
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 Ultra Mel custard

Method

  1. Empty condensed milk into a bowl and squeeze about two tablespoons of lemon juice into the condensed milk, mixing for a few minutes. It might curd a little but as you mix it will smooth out and change color. You can adjust the taste by adding more lemon juice.
  2. In a casserole layer tennis biscuit, pour custard over making sure the biscuits are covered. Add another layer of biscuits. Now pour over some of your lemon condensed milk mixture spreading and making sure the biscuits are covered. Add another layer of tennis biscuits over. Pour custard over the biscuits, swirl some of the lemon condensed milk mixture on top and into the custard. Now spoon over your dessert cream, sprinkle your pecan and flakes.
    Leaving it to set covered with foil for about four hours in the fridge.
  3. Slice and enjoy.
