Healthy Date Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients

  • Butter
  • Dates 
  • Silvered almonds 
  • 85% dark chocolate
  • Dairy free coconut yogurt 
  • Peanut butter

Method

  1.  I added some butter, chopped some dates from woolies, slivered almonds and chopped 85% dark chocolate to a medium heated pan. Left it to fry on low for a few minutes.
  2. Added some dairy free coconut yogurt to my @lecreusetsa mini calm collection bowls, a dollop of peanut butter and poured over my hot date and chocolate mixture over.
