A creamy super easy spicy mushrooms on a slice of Woolworths oats and quinoa toasted bread.
Creamy Super Easy Spicy Mushrooms


  • 1 tray of mushrooms
  • 4 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tsp mustard seeds
  • Spring of curry leaves
  • 3 freshly crushed garlic
  • 2 green chillies slit
  • 1/2 tsp dhania powder
  • 1/2 tsp jeera (cumin) powder
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • 125ml fresh cream
  • Dill
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese


  1. Wipe mushrooms cleans and cut in half if they are large.
  2. Heat oil in a pot and add mustard seed and curry leaf, letting it sizzle for a few seconds.
  3. Add your mushrooms and cook on medium heat for about 8 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and chillies letting it cook for a minute or two.
  5. Add your spices, salt, pepper, cream and Parmesan cheese. Let it cook until it thickens and mushrooms are ready.
  6. Sprinkles some more Parmesan cheese over, freshly chopped dill and a sprinkle of pepper on top.
