Low Carb Coconut Flour Roti or Wraps
Perfect for a curry, quick and easy, guilt free. Life couldn’t get better.
Ingredients
1 cup coconut flour
4 tbsp Psyllium husk
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Chopped coriander
Season with dry herbs or garlic powder salt
2 cups boiled water slightly cooled
Method
Mix all ingredients into a ball and divide into four small balls.
Add each ball between to plastic sheets or lunch wrap.
Flatten slightly and roll with rolling pin.
Remove top paper and cut with a pot lid.
Add butter to frying pan and toast on either side.
