Low Carb Coconut Flour Roti or Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 4 tbsp Psyllium husk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chopped coriander
  • Season with dry herbs or garlic powder salt
  • 2 cups boiled water slightly cooled

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients into a ball and divide into four small balls.
  2. Add each ball between to plastic sheets or lunch wrap.
  3. Flatten slightly and roll with rolling pin.
  4. Remove top paper and cut with a pot lid.
  5. Add butter to frying pan and toast on either side.
