Ingredients
Mature cheddar cheese
Grated cheese
Quinoa and oat bread
Kiri cream cheese
Homemade hot peri-peri sauce

Method
My favourite cheese is mature cheddar cheese. I used @woolworths_saquinoa and oat bread topped with my grated cheese, a slice of pure mature cheddar from @woolworths_sa , chunks of Kiri cream cheese, dollops of my hot peri-peri homemade sauce, topped with another slice of bread. Smeared that soft butter on both sides and toasted on my hot tawa until crispy buttery and cheesy.
