Tuesday is a meat free day for loads of Hindu people, paneer is everyone’s favorite. I made an easy quick 10 minute butter masala paneer and aloo fry along with some soft butter naan.
1 box of Suhana butter masala paste (Don't follow instruction of the box)
1/2 cup of fresh milk
1 cup of fresh tomato purée
A pinch of food coloring
1 tbsp of kashmiri chilli powder
130 ml fresh cream
1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander
Method
Add your olive oil to a pot on medium heat, once the oil has heated add the fresh tomato purée allowing it to cook for three minutes until the oil is slightly floating above the tomato.
Mix the Suhana paste with the milk separately stirring it until it forms a smooth paste, once smooth and combined add it the pot of tomato purée allowing it to cook for a minute.
Add the butter to the pot letting it melt and mix into the mixture, then add the chopped paneer on low heat with the chilli powder and fresh cream letting it cook for 2 minutes.
Add a pinch food coloring and chopped coriander leaving it to cook for two minutes until gravy is slightly thick.
