Asian Pickled Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 to 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
  • 3 to 4 cups of the washed red and white coleslaw from woolworths
  • 1 radish sliced thinly
  • 1 carrot julienne
  • 1 small cucumber thinly peeled
  • Chopped coriander
  • Optional some chilli oil

Method

  1. Whisk all your ingredients together except your veg.
  2. In a bowl mix your coleslaw, radish, cucumber, carrot and coriander.
  3. Pour over your salad dressing into the bowl of veg tossing gently till well combined.
  4. You can adjust the salad dressing ingredients according to your taste.
