3 tsp sambal oelek (add according to your taste) - can be purchased from woolworths or Sun Sun Chinese store in Durban North.
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Sriracha sauce according to your taste
Chopped coriander
Olive oil to fry
Method
Marinate your crayfish meat with all of the above ingredients for a hour or overnight except the olive oil.
Heat your pan on meduim heat with the olive oil. Add your crayfish meat to the pan basting it with the extra marinate left in the bowl. Fry for about 6 minutes.
Once done toast some buns with butter.
In a bowl mix some creamy mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce and Sambal Oelek together and smear onto buns. Top with your crayfish, pickle asian slaw (recipe on my blog/website) and a smeared spicy mayo toasted buttered bun on top.
