Add some olive oil, chopped garlic, chili flakes to a medium heated pan.
Let it sizzle for a few seconds, adding your tomato, carrots which I sliced in half and snap peas to the pan letting it cook for a few minutes.
Next add your bok choy, some organic balsamic vinegar, organic pure maple syrup, salt and pepper. Stir frying on medium heat for a few minutes.
Next, sprinkle some dukkah spice and crumble some Woolworths pepper feta, leaving it to cook for a further two minutes, instead of dukkah you can add some chopped nuts to it.
Once vegetable is cooked but still crisp, remove from heat and drizzle some maple syrup over with more chilli flakes.
