I am definitely good when it comes to cooking and making desserts it’s just natural
Baking is a whole different thing.. yes low carb and sugar free baking I can say I mastered it during the time i gave birth to my first born Kunal. The normal fully carbs and packed with sugar yummy delicious baked goods I haven’t truly mastered it, definitely not the frosting part. I can definitely say my sisters are good bakers…well and cooks for sure.
I did realize that it all takes practice with baking. As they say practice makes perfect. We all have to start of by baking the basics and working our way up.
Here are some basic baking tips for beginners which will surely help you which I read up from @bake_with_shivesh
Stick to the Recipes
Investing in the right equipment
Room temperature is important
Invest in a measuring equipment
Parchment paper always
Always sift dry ingredients
Most of all… Don’t give up!!!
This is the most important tip that I’d like to share. Please embrace all the flaws and faults that made baking a failed attempt and be rest assured that the next time, you’re only going to grow as a baker. Mistakes do not inhibit your growth, they’re actually a milestone that you’re almost there and you need to carry on and not give up and run. Understand the fact that things will go wrong and there are absolutely zero things wrong with this.
Remember it’s practice, patience, a few oops and flops but that’s how we all learn in order to grow and reach for the stars.
